With over 25 years of experience in the film and television industry, Joel has worked as executive producer, producer, director and writer on a wide variety of projects. He was a key player in the reality/game show genre in LA, serving as the creative mind and implementer of the NBC hit "Fear Factor," as well as the principal behind "Scream Play" and "Hollywood Hold 'Em" for E! Entertainment. Joel has expertise in handling large-scale, million dollar-budget television shows with casts and crews of over 100, multiple stunts, and hard-to-manage locations, as well as more intimate productions shot on a sound stage. His credit list includes shows airing on CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, and many major cable networks -- and his productions have always come in on time and under budget. Joel also earned a Masters degree in Television from Syracuse University and won a college Emmy for documentary film.
