Ellie Kemper

I adore Ellie Kemper in everything, so I was excited when I saw she had a book. Then I read the mostly subpar reviews and put it off. I found the audiobook today, though, and honestly, I laughed so hard I cried. I just find her hilarious. She IS Kimmy, and she IS Erin. The book probably wasn’t actually that funny in itself, but the way she read it sealed it for me. It’s all in the delivery.

An interesting memoir of Ellie's rise to fame from her humble roots as director of her family plays to star on the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Just like most of Ellie's character this book is quirky, funny and enjoyable.

So, is Ellie Kemper actually just every character she has ever played? 'Cause she sounds like it.
