Grow Your Business with Chat GPT is timely. I particularly liked Chapter 2 Working with prompts. You see, I have been integrating AI into my business and life.

Working with an author recently, I asked for a list of Maine Bookstores with email address, street address, website and phone number. Within five seconds I had a list of eight bookstores in Maine. I know there are more. Reading this allowed me to change my prompt to elicit more bookstores.

If you want a general overview of working with AI; this book will suit. If you want some strategies to work with AI on different business initiatives, this book will suit.

This book will help the beginner and then you will have to step up to a multi-module class.

A great introduction to ChatGPT - its application, benefits, and pitfalls for businesses. The author reviews ChatGPT's capabilities and its power in optimizing business processes and strategies. The application of the solution to analyze vast amounts of existing data - both structured and unstructured, and formulating intelligent queries to collect additional demographic and behavioral data from outside sources are cited using real-world examples. Other benefits such as generating predictive analytics, personalized campaigns, customized content, and automation are ways businesses can optimize their marketing, finance and HR operations. The author is not remiss in noting the caveats of using this new technology; ethical considerations related to the algorithms and data and privacy concerns are covered as well. Suggestions are noted on data governance and validating the outputs from ChatGPT to guard against potential biases. All in all, I found the book to be an enjoyable and insightful read!
