A collection of stories from adults about thier childhood transitional love objects, eg. blankies, stuffed dogs, bears, etc. Each story has a picture of the loved object and the love can clearly be seen in the worn, patched ojects. Very touching and hysterically funny in places. Where else can you read about a college frat boy who hid his woobie the entire time he lived in college.

I love this book. I keep it on my bookshelf within easy reach when I need to smile.
