This book provides alot of general advice for storytellers and suggests a few interesting ideas for unusual stories. It also provides a information on how to run "crossover" chronicles with other World of Darkness games, and provides rules for many specific cases that the core book has left vague.

However, on the whole, I felt the book didn't give me much particularly new inspiration, which is generally what I look for in an RPG supplement.
