This is a book written by a professional salesman who teaches others how to sell. Since I am not in sales, much of it didn't feel relevant. Much of it is just plain good human relations, and in the last couple of chapters the book became a five star because of his excellent coverage of goal setting and execution on those goals.

Eighty-two keys to success are presented by Hopkins in the volume. Most are presented in detail and many contain personal examples from Hopkins' own life journey - both professional and private. With a broad range of strategies there would be something immediately applicable for every reader.
As a success coach I will be sharing some of the gems from this books with my clients.

Excellent guide for anyone in sales. Tom Hopkins is a household name when it comes to selling and this is the one book that everyone should have read at least once.
