The heroine was just too much. She could tell the past and the future by touching someone or by touching something or just by thinking about some random person in the world. She could see auras, cure people and plants, read minds and see and talk to ghosts and help them to the afterworld. Not to mention that she had an angel as her personal imaginary friend and was important enough to come back from the dead. Thinking back on this book I'm pretty sure she couldn't fly but that was about the only thing she couldn't do.

Even though he's been obsessed with her since she was 15 and has been compulsively painting her picture for 15 years, he married another woman and is in fact still married to the OW during the course of this book. But he has the gall to say to the heroine that maybe the reason she's never had any luck with guys is that she was waiting for him. Hmph.
Still there were moments of brilliance. When she was dead for example and some of her miracles. The ending became a morass of not very interesting political/military suspense that was frankly a bit confusing.
Final thoughts compulsively readable but missed the mark romantically.… (lisätietoja)
