Early Reviewer Book: Plenty of exercises for every part of the body. Pictures are well done, black and white, with a few different models, I prefer drawings but that's just a personal preference.

They do a good job of setting up for the workouts with information and cautions which is important albeit a little boring.

There are also online video tutorials which I did not use but I'm sure that would be very helpful.

This was a great exercise book! As someone who primarily only has time for work and home, I found this book easy to follow and super helpful for home based workouts. I loved that there are clear directions with step by step pictures on how to do each exercise. This was so much easier than using pinterest or youtube! GREAT GREAT exercise book. Thank you librarything for sending me this book.

I was lucky enough to receive this as an Early Review Copy. The pictures were clear and the descriptions were easy to follow. If you liked Jim Stoppani's Encyclopedia of Muscle & Strength or Ray Klerck's Body Trainer for Men you'd probably also enjoy this because they have a similar format: picture/text tutorials, tips, and general info. This book included exercises with a medicine ball and a balance ball, and I thought a lot them were pretty fun. I just got back into working out after an injury, so this book turned out to be perfect to give me some more variety in my usual routine.

I would've given this book five stars, but I couldn't get the online video portion to load for me. Otherwise, I thought it was a great read and I'm definitely incorporating what I learned into my normal routine from now on.
