It is a book with a message: "don't fear age." Unfortunately, it is written as a series of greeting card slogans. Probably perfect to give to an older sibling, but not really going to help the person truly afraid of the second-half of their life.

On the other hand, perhaps it will be just what someone needs for an attitude adjustment!
