I love this book and I think it serves as a great book for beginner readers! For instance, the book allows children to read along and interact, pointing out where the pigs are hiding. I also think the author did a great job illustrating all the pictures and it is very well done. On the other hand, I think that the author could improve the central message of the story. There is no message or depth within the story and the theme is very surface-level. But, I do love this book and it was a great book to read with a parent or caretaker as a grew up!… (lisätietoja)

I really enjoyed reading this story. The main reason for why I like this book is because it is all in word bubbles. The entire story is the pigs talking to one another. I thought this made the story more relatable and realistic. I also thought this would be a great book for younger children because it is a cartoon. Children would find this story very interesting. I also really enjoyed the characters. They were fun and relatable. The entire story was about this family of pigs not being ready for Christmas so they spend their days running around trying to get ready for the holidays and I think a lot of people can relate to this. I think the big idea in this story is not to stress about things. The pigs stress so much about not being ready for Christmas that they almost forget to enjoy it.… (lisätietoja)
