I love creating with fimo, but I'll also be the first to admit that I'm not very good. I like making cartoony figures because then I can claim they were supposed to look like that, honest. Even so, this book was amazing as it helps you to make your own tools, support your work and get the proportions of bodies right. Absolutely recommended to anyone who makes figures, lifelike or otherwise.

Interesting tips except but not the mostly helpful book

One of the best sculpting books there is. You actually ARE able to make the projects look like in the front cover of the book with instructions given - even if you are a newbie you get close enough results. Nice self made tool instructions too.

This is a very in-depth instuctional book that will be invaluble to anyone striving for realism in their polymer-clay work. Full of great pics detailing each step in the process, this book will have you pleased with your results in no time.
