Lynne Cherry , How We Know What We Know About Our Changing Climate: Scientists and Kids Explore Global Warming.
We are hosting author Lynne Cherry at the Penguin Bookshop on February 7th from 3:00-4:00. She will give a brief presentation and be available for book signings. Lynne is to receive the inaugural Hero of the Forest Award from the Phipps Conservatory on February 5th. This award recognizes renowned advocates of forest preservation worldwide. She has authored over thirty books for children and has dedicated her career to fostering a love and respect for the Natural World in children. Her latest title is How We Know what We Know about Our Changing Climate: Scientists and Kids Explore Global Warming.
