Got it earlier today, up to page 45 and so far so excellent. It's not common to find a really well-reasoned, analytical AND well-written book in any aspect of the law in India. That the book is superbly produced (very lovely Antiqua kind of typeface) only adds to its quality. More by and by. Just hit a hard patch (Lochner, Roe, etc etc); but there is absolutely no doubt about the extraordinary level of scholarship on display here.
