Every now and then one comes across a writer who says, “Let’s think about this another way.” And within a few paragraphs one’s reality is challenged and adjusted. One sees there is another way to think. New insights. New truths. Reading theology from our First Nation people is just such a gift. Without discarding the Jewish, Greek, Western, White ways of contemplating God, we can think of God in ways enlightened by how these ancient ways speak of the Most High.
