About the Author
Kiera Cass was born in South Carolina in May 1981. She received a bachelor's degree in history from Radford University. She self-published her first novel, The Siren, in 2009. In 2014 her title, The One made The New York Times Best Seller List. For me the read was more of a 2.5 star but I rounded up to a 3 star. This read was a little disappointing. It took over half the book for it to become interesting to me. Then the ending was lack luster.
Loved it! It's I dystopian society meets the bachelor, rolled in to ya fiction. I was pleasantly surprised, thoroughly entertained, and I can't wait to start reading book two.
