Another book to add to my collection! And it comes as part of a series (even better). This book was a great read, and the illustrations were just as nice. I will be looking for others in this series to read, and add the set to my personal library. I enjoyed reading how the grandmother made the little girls dream come true by love and a craft idea. I feel it is important to show children how something simple can be created by yourself and with the love and guidance of a family member.
As a classroom extension the students could come up with an idea just like the grandmother did in the story. We could use this as a lead into a study on stars. The class could also use this as an art project by making stars of different sizes and glitter them to hang in the room.… (lisätietoja)
