Through this work, the reader should have a good idea about what it takes to launch a successful blog.
At times, Bodnar’s writing can meander from the topic. I appreciate sharper and more concise text than her style. Nonetheless, the comprehensive nature of this work is impressive. This is a great book --very helpful, short, and easy read about blogging. It will satisfy beginners and intermediate bloggers. The chapters and sections are not very long and to the point. It covers all the most important parts of blogging:
1) Basics.
2) How to write.
3) How to promote your blog.
4) How to monetize it.
5) How to grow.
6) Legal matters.
There are 11 interviews with successful bloggers. Most started between 2013-2016. These are very helpful for the suggestions and lessons that they share. The book was much better than its front cover.
The book was helpful and practical, but it didn't offer many suggestions to specific tools or links. It does offer many specific examples and stories. The legal story was a bit scary for a new blogger like myself.
