I love shifters, wolf, bear, big cat, hell there was even a opossum I really liked, but I hate hate hate the "You are my destined mate, let's f@&k" trope. I like relationships that build slowly, MCs that grow and evolve throughout the story, hell, I like a story! If you take the short cut of destined mate and don't build beyond that, it feels like cheating.

This wasn't a bad book, it just wasn't what I was looking for.
