The year is 1965. Rachel Brener is one of 3 young Mossad agents teem who caught “The Surgeon of Birkenau” – a Nazi monster who was never brought to trial in Israel. The official reason was that he was shot as he attempted escape while being held by his Israeli captive (kiddenappers) in a safe house somewhere in Europe. Today, 35 years after the well communicated story of the death of the monster, a small article appears in a local unimportant paper in a Kiev, Ukraine. Surprisingly the Surgeon is alive and is willing to admit his crimes against the human race and especially the Jews. The 3 older x Mossad agents who are in their late 60th became aware to this unfortunate threatening knowledge. The film is not based on actual fact, and centers on an Israeli-Mossad Kidon team who in 1964 capture a notorious Nazi doctor Josef Mengele who had performed human experimentation in a German extermination camp, and, when he escapes from them, they report him as being shot once in the head and killed during his attempted escape. Nella DDR degli anni '60 , una squadra di tre Agenti del Mossad fallisce una missione nella quale si deve prelevare un Criminale Nazista noto come "Il Chirurgo di Birkenau" , per i suoi efferati esperimenti medici contro le vittime , e portarlo in Israele per essere processato , quando quest'ultimo riesce a scappare dal luogo nel quale è stato temporaneamente recluso . I tre decidono di inventare la Bugia di essere stati costretti ad eliminare direttamente in loco il Criminale Nazista per salvarsi la vita . Dopo quasi 60 anni , la verità sembra però in procinto di essere scoperta quando un anziano ricoverato in un Ospizio di Kiev rilascia alcune interviste dichiarando di essere il criminale Nazista in realtà mai eliminato dagli agenti .
