This well researched book began as a Master's Degree project. Heavily illustrated, it is unfortunately on coarse paper so the photographic reproductions lack richness and iimpact. However, given the paper, they are unusually well reproduced to give detail throughout the limited tonal range and are rich in historic information, as is the text.
