Charlotte is new to the Dare family, and is about to meet her Grandmother for the first time on a visit to Mexico. Lupe is not your average grandmother. As Charlotte and her siblings Olive and Darwin help clean up Lupe's huge, strange old house, Charlotte uncovers some magical secrets and decides to strike off on her own. The adventure and Aztec mythology are fun, but my favorite part of the story is the Dare family drama.
