Can't find much to recommend about this book... Recipes were so-so, recommendations very run of the mill. The author recounts growing up eating the Standard American Diet (which she believes was responsible for her mother's death at a relatively young age from cancer) and discovering how much better she felt as she learned to eat a better diet. It's an inspirational but not original story; there are just better books out there.
