Starts with a table of contents where chapters are broekn up into meals by days also by category: clean eating, muscle building, wegiht loss , low carb, vegetarian shopping lists.
Intro about eating healthier, shopping, save money, waste less, etc.
Like that you can make things and save half of the dish for another week. We cook that way also.
Lots of tips along the way.
Each recipe starts with a title, servings, prep and cook time. Summary of the dish and list of ingredients. Should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar products.
Nutritional info: calories, total fat: sat. fat, protein, carbs, fiber and sugar are listed.
There are NO photos. Think I'd rather have all breakfast recipes listed at once, rather than day by day.
References and resources are listed at the end. Info about dirty dozen and clean 15 is columnized at the end. Conversion charts are also listed.
