I don't think I've ever read a series where I thought the characters deserved a happy ending more than I did for this one, and the last volume definitely delivers a great one. Everything wraps up in a very sweet but satisfyingly realistic way; the story isn't over, but our journey with these characters ends here on a good note.

***Thoughts after reading***
Slowly but surely I'm collecting this manga. I really enjoyed it a few years ago and even though I wasn't planning on reading this any time soon I'm glad I did. It's really the equivalent of a hot bath.

Runs from Friday July 23 to Sunday August 8

The person responsible for this challenge is target="_top"> Christy Lou on YouTube . They announced this challenge in their Manga Olympics Reading Challenge! | Announcement video. They have made a lovely bingo board which you can find on their Twitter

I felt that the female mc was pretty naive. The male mc was really cunning. He proposed to his girlfriend and when she rejected him he changed his feelings to our female mc. She should have ended up with the second male lead. He was much much better

A fairly standard ending for a high school romance manga as all the characters head off for college, giving everyone a chance for a big good-bye scene. It's nice, but frankly this series has been treading water for quite a while after an amazing first dozen or so volumes. The primary couple reached a plateau, and the relationships of the secondary characters just didn't do much for me.

I still recommend the series, but sticking it out to the end is not a necessity. Once you feel it start to coast, skip ahead to this final volume and call it a day.… (lisätietoja)
