... wrote two books set in the Dark Ages on the British Isles, Danelaw and Danegeld. Johanna Lindsey wrote Fires of Winter which is set in Russia (and Britain) during the Victorian era.

I finished Fires of winter and will now restart Hearts aflame. CC, what do you think of Kasey Michael's historical romances? I have a couple of them in my tbr pile, but since I was a bit disapointed by the last book I read by her, I kind of keep putting it of to read her others. Julia
