I see that your book is a student manual for the Book of Mormon. Sacred texts are not well 'combined ' in LT, as there are so many variations and editions of them. And bookish people tend to have multiple copies of things like the Bible or the Qu'ran to compare translations or reference ... Murder by the Book by Frances and Richard Lockridge

Short answer would probably be for much the same reason that I have The Book of Mormon, The Bible, Al-Qur'an, The Tibetan Book of the Dead, The Bhagavad Gita, The Torah, and Tao Te Ching on my bookshelves. Being familiar with ... ... do a feel a lot less jumpy about being scathing about things like Dianetics or Angelic Messenger Cards than I do about The Book Of Mormon? I have them *shelved* together, for heaven's sake.
Plus, I know if I keep reviewing like I want to I'll eventually get to the parts of my shelves ... ... for religious texts have no greater meaning than "this person rated it 5, this person rated it 4..." Your issue with the Book of Mormon having higher ratings is an issue of fairness. You wish religious texts to be evaluated objectively and the ratings thereof to clearly reflect the ... As one who tags bibles, The Book of Mormon, and any other religious work as 'fiction', the fact that adherents to a particular belief system are rating their religious works with 5 Stars makes me say... so what?
What is being harmed by this practice? I don't foresee someone researching Mormon ... The Book of Mormon has 62 five star ratings. Is this a case of stacking, I mean have some members of the Mormon faith decided to manipulate the rating? I have nothing against Mormonism but it seems strange to me that so many people would give it five stars. Well, given the fact that the book of Mormon reads like it was written by a sixth grader trying to write in old english, I'm not surprised. Personally I think the book is a steaming pile, but I will leave it up to others to draw their own opinions. I'm not about to dictate what people can and can' ... One copy of the book of Mormon has as author satan! ... were no works on it, so I went to Joseph Smith's page and, sure enough, someone had assigned Satan as the author of The Book of Mormon and then combined it with the work by Joseph Smith.
I uncombined Satan's copy so that it appears on his author page (where it can easily be traced to ... For someone who knows the basic alphabet and how to read fairly well, I really liked Introducing Arabic by Michael Mumisa.
It takes a classical approach to classical Arabic, but I guess it really depends on what your goals are.
Also, for writing, at least to learn ruq'ah script, ... ... too much attention was Different Loving, so I moved it back into my reference section in the office. Now it sits next to The Book of Mormon. *smirk*
