On her way to Las Vegas for a dance audition Larissa stops to make amends to Matt for the way she departed and tell him why she did so. Matt’s sister, Callie, is getting married in a week and invites Larissa to stay for the wedding and by staying Larissa gives herself another chance to spend time with Matt and his family. During that week the relationship rekindles but without open communication there is little hope of a HEA for the two of them… I enjoyed the backstory of Matt’s grandmother and the idea that sometimes what we think our dream is – the one we pursue steadfastly – might not be our own but someone else’s dream instead. Being mature enough to realize this and make changes is essential to live a happy life.
