When Owen Burnett asked his best friend Gabby Michaelson to resend to be his girlfriend, to fool his family over Christmas, he didn't think too much past getting Gabby to actually agree to this mad cap scheme. All he wanted was to survive this holiday season, in a quiet manner, which is exactly the way Owen is, not like his theatrical family.

Gabby has been in love everyone with Owen forever! Even if he only thinks of her on a best friend capacity. But when he asked her to pretend to be his girlfriend for a week, just so he could survive Christmas, Gabby was torn! But ultimately Gabby's love for Owen and the desire for a real family Christmas.

But neither Gabby or Owen realized how much pretending to be in a relationship would change everything. But what will happen when the truth comes out?!

I see here writing this review in tears! Oh my goodness! This book is definitely Hallmark Christmas Movie worthy! The storyline and writing were heartbreakingly beautiful, as my tears can attest to!

I loved Owen and Gabby's characters! Seriously!! They are the definition of opposites attract!! But in a weird way, they just seemed made for each other! And they both truly stole my heart! I am just praying that Brady and Wyatt get their own books too!

I give More Than Friends 5 stars!

There’s nothing like kicking off the holidays to please the family. Owen told a little lie to please his family for the holidays and the next thing he knows he had to produce results. Gabby best friend and neighbor to one Owen Burnett got herself a holiday season like none before. She got herself a fake boyfriend for the holiday along with his family. This sweet, clean romance offers a bit of the holiday cheer along with a friendship that takes that final step and blossoms to its potential.

A beautiful light hearted holiday clean romance to boost the holiday season on it romantic endeavor. (
