Not sure if he is an appropriate person for a Legacy library account, but I noticed that
Robert Smithson learning from New Jersey and elsewhere has a bibliography of "Robert Smithson's library" compiled and organized by Lori Cavagnaro (p. 297-345).
I suppose someone would have to apply to Ms. Cavagnaro for permission, but is this the kind of data/person that might be a good addition to the project?
Robert Smithson (1938–1973) American artist, most famous for land art projects like the Spiral Jetty in the Great Salt Lake, Utah.
I think he sounds like a great addition to the group of legacy libraries.
Agreed. More artists and fewer politicians, I say.
Ha! It's true that we're more skewed towards politicians than artists, probably because their libraries are better preserved and documented, for whatever reasons.
Thanks for the feedback. I'll try to contact the author/compiler and see if I can get clearance.
