Has anyone catalogued Truman Capote's library?

It does not appear so (you can always check the wiki for libraries catalogued and libraries in progress). Do you know a source for Capote's library?

If you're interested in doing Capote's library, one source for you - which you may have already seen - is the 2006 Bonhams auction catalogue. I should mention that after I saw this last year, I wrote to Jon King at Bonhams, asking if there might be a more detailed list available, but got no reply... so you might be stuck (as were the Marilyn Monroe librarians) with just the photos of the lots.

Not that that should discourage you :)

... and any photos from life. Which reminds me, I found an image of Marilyn's library the other day and could ID some of the titles... I need to check that.
