Tietoja minustaEccentric is the word my wife uses to describe me when she's in a kindly mood. I enjoy odd things, exploring both the physical world as well as the esoteric realms that might only exist in our minds, along with writing, reading, kayaking, hiking, fly fishing and I've jumped back on the motorcycle and getting into long distance riding. I appreciate history, tea pots, and other interesting unique objects, canes (my favorite cane is an old one that appears to have broken and was repaired using an old German newspaper and some kind of glue), I seek things that I can touch and delve into the owners soul.
After having written many short stories I've decided to begin work on a novel, Sept. 12, 2008.

Tietoja kirjastostaniMy library is too small and I'm ready to move it all to a different building. It currently resides in a small room of our house along with a desk and computer. The collection is a fairly accurate reflection of my own personality, a little bit odd and filled with all sorts of useless stuff.
I'm going to add something to this. It used to be that I would purchase books on a whim, while I still do this on occasion, I have now moved up to wanting books worth the money I spend on them. The reviews on amazon are now the major decision making tool when it comes to which book I want to purchase. This usually pertains to non-fiction books, though in rare instances I will let a review sway me to one side of the fence or the other when a work of fiction is being decided upon.
