No Chris did not help me (Sorry I took so long to answer your post. With this problem, I haven't been signing on much). In fact, I haven't heard anything else from him. I see from his post to you that he says you're the only user having this problem....obviously not true. I'm a bit disappointed in LibraryThing regarding this matter.

It's not that I have been ignoring your pleas for help. It's that I haven't been able to figure out why you are having the problem. You are the only user among nearly 300,000 that has reported this problem. That makes the cause a little hard to narrow down on our side. But I'm still trying.
