The only problem with books is that there are so many and so little time.....

Hello, Jayne! Welcome! We seem to have quite a lot of books in common - something you'll probably also find with other members of the Virago and Persephone groups. There's also a newish EF Benson group that might interest you.

And a further note from me.
I am glad you joined our group. Since it started, the number of members has increased. Since collecting Viragos is one of my favourite things, I am always very pleased to meet people who share the same passion.
There is not much I can add to what Cate already said, but I am glad indeed to have met you.

Welcome to LT and the Virago Group! Please drop by and leave a message
so the others know you're there as well! It's always wonderful to meet a new
friend with the same passions. I think you will love LT in general. It's what
I always dreamed of.

You mentioned something about the Tag field. I use mine to classify the type
of book it is; however, many use it to indicate if it's a TBR, etc. I've tagged
all my Viragos with "Virago Modern Classics" so that, when book hunting,
I can call up my list, print it, and then eliminate purchasing duplicates.

However, in the Virago group, you'll see duplicates often happen and we tend
to 'mooch' them within the group.

I can only imagine how daunting the group may look to you with so many
unread messages but please, don't let that stop you from coming in a saying
hello. The VIRAGO MESSAGE BOARD thread is a great way to start.
