Noticed we share a few books (and a few favorites, "Lolita" in particular, though I don't have my copy listed at the moment). I noticed at least one Sinclair Lewis in your catalog ("Babbit," another currently uncataloged favorite of mine). Have you read more of his? I've been getting more interested in his work as time goes on. I'd like to hear your thoughts on his work, if you have any.

After looking through your library, I have to tell you (much to my everlasting shame) that if I'd kept all of the books I'd bought over the last ten years, we'd have closer to 100 books in common. I gave away a lot of classics, always with the thought that I'd buy them again (but that I'd probably not buy the genre novels again). It makes me a bit sad, looking at all the books I once owned. It's like staring at children you gave away, and come across again in the arms of someone who loved them more....
