Tietoja minusta Lusting after that dream job where I get to read all day, talk about books, and get paid!

Tietoja kirjastostani This is my attempt to keep track of books that I've read for a couple of reasons: 1) as a readers' advisory tool, and 2) because it's just so darn much fun! The overwhelming majority of them are YA so I only tag grownup titles ("adult") to distinguish them from the rest. I own a very small fraction of this list, I can't bear to keep a book when I think someone else might enjoy it (I'm all about sharing the love), and because I've moved so many times I try really hard to limit the number of back-breaking boxes I'll have to haul around. Books stay on my shelves only if I haven't found the right person to give them to yet or I can't imagine life without them.

Here's a fun fact: I've read all of the YA titles (save a dozen or so) since April 2004 when I first became a teen services librarian. Me loves to read!
