Howdy,

Thanks for finding my library to be of interest. You have an impressive number of nautical tomes; I am more than a little jealous. After Patrick O'Brian, Dewey Lambdin is my favorite (at least the first 6 or so books; I keep buying him out of loyalty, but haven't read the last 5 or 6 books). I read the first five Bolitho novels a year or so ago and liked them, but ultimately got fed up with (spoiler alert) the callous disregard the Bolitho character has for the deaths of his various sidekicks, and their easy replacement with other characters. Anyway, I'd appreciate any recommendations you may have of other nautical authors, should you be so inclined. I've read a few of Woodman's books, too, and liked them; I just haven't gotten around to tracking down more of them.

We also seem to have an interest in Naomi Novik's works. I believe I own the greatest number of her books on LT (quick check; yep, I'm still number 1:) I keep checking her blog for tour information in support of Victory of Eagles this July, but she hasn't posted anything yet (despite at least 3 bookstores I've seen advertising signing dates with her; kind of annoying).

Hey, thanks for checking out my library and marking it interesting! It's a work of progress on this site, as I am nowhere near having all my books listed.

I had a quick scan through your library and it looks very interesting as well. I'll have to come back for a more detailed look.
