Tietoja minusta Can never pass a bookshop without buying. Have been known to have a panic attack if no book is readily to hand - will read anything from Dostoyevsky to the back of the Cornflake box.

My main passion is crime fiction, with a particular fondness for cozy British, also Terry Pratchett reigns supreme.

My other loves are football (have been a Millwall season ticket holder since very young, hence the Lion - don't believe all that you hear, some of us are actually peace loving and quite literate), cooking, gardening (theory of, mainly)and music (all sorts, rather like the book collection).

My dream is to one day have a big enough house to have a real library, complete with large fireplace and massive comfy chair.

User name: My mum looks like Doris Day and used to sing me Que Sera when I was little - nothing to do with books.

Tietoja kirjastostani Eclectic mix with a few really adored authors. I am slowly getting them catalogued, but still quite a few hundred to go yet. I own all that I've input and have read most of them.

The shelves are (apologies) all double banked as have limited room and seem to share this dilemma with lots of other LibraryThingers.

My favourite books are tagged Excellent. Soft spot ones are Fab.

Hi! Thanks for your message. This site certainly is addictive - I was not happy at the site being down today! I'm inspired by your gardening selection and certainly empathise with your feeling of panic when caught without a book. How do you keep track of books that are double banked? If I did that I could get my books out of the loft. I’m tempted but I don’t know where to start!
Rachel
Hi, thanks. I will take a look at your library for some ideas as well. You might also look at the Anglophiles group, which has a detective fiction thread,

Hello,
Thanks for contacting me and of course I am delighted that you have added me to your "Interesting Libraries' list. Also for your kind message. The collection has taken many years to put together but I have enjoyed every minute, although the greatest problem has been the housing of them. (as you will see from my comments on the Profile page)
Regarding the Music collection, again as you will read on that same page,I pondered long and hard as to if I should include them or not. Finally I did and most CD's are either Spoken word or Classical music. The rest are a mixture of Shows and just a few jazz/pop ect.
I see that we share 577 books at the moment and that we also share an interest in several of the same authors and genres as well,so I think I better add your Library to my list of 'Interesting Libraries 'too if I may.
Best wishes from Northamptonshire, and I hope to hear from you again soon with some more book and/or musical talk.
Indeed you should dorisdarules, you may find your listening becomes addictive!
Hi, among your autobiographies there is one tagged autobigraphy, which I guess is a typo you would prefer to fix.
