Tietoja minusta Ok that isn't really me in the picture, it is my dog Remy, she is a great friend. I am a web application developer (that is different from just making web sites with content). I love reading, hiking, camping, kayaking and just talking with good friends.

Tietoja kirjastostani I have a very eclectic collection of books and they are not all in my library. I may eventually add most of them. I have not heavily tagged my books but I do use a few.
For computer books or reference type books I use the tag "reference".

For books that are for the Kindle e-book reader I use the tag "kindle".

For non-reference books I use a tag of "read" , "unread" or "now reading".

I have not used many other tags yet but may put more tags in later on.

As you can probably see I am a real Fantasy and Sci-Fi lover but I am open to reading almost anything.

Hi, Bill! I'm afraid the U.S. developer is an endangered species. I really enjoyed coding and web app development, but by the time I was laid off there was virtually no job market left---unless you're willing to be an independent contractor, that is. I did the I.C. thing when I was younger, but once you've got a family and mortgage to support, the lack of stability is a problem.

Hey Bill,
I was just thinking. You know who I think you would really like? John Case. Have you read Genesis Code? Great book!! It was the first of his I read but I don't think it's on Kindle. I'm telling you this book kept me hooked from start to finish!! If you would like a copy( I have 3 left) I would gladly send you one. Just let me know.

Hey Bill,
Do you like James Patterson? He has a new one out today titled 7th Heaven. It's not out on Kindle yet. But Kindle has it listed and it says "not yet available." I haven't seen a book listed like this yet. Maybe because it's the first day of release. I have only read one of his books but I did like it. :))

I see you like Anne Rice. I first read her book Interview with the Vampire in 1976! I remember it like yesterday! It was the Bicentennial summer and I was living at the beach and about 100 pounds lighter!!hehe!!
