Tietoja minustaHi. Firstly, I am a voracious reader. I am using this site to keep track of my books, and it helps... A LOT. Ha ha.

I am also a writer. I will be published soon in a poetry anthology titled "Death In Common," edited by Rich Ristow.

Tietoja kirjastostaniI have a ton of children's books for my kids and I have a ton of horror fiction for me. If you look through them, it is pretty obvious who I like and who my kids like (like Mercer Mayer... he has his own bookshelf).

I always prefer hardcovers. For the kids, I trust my kids more with hardcovers. For myself, I just like the way they feel. Of course, some stuff is ultra expensive in hardcover. So, I have to make do with paperbacks in those situations.

I recently started a Blog about books (mostly children's books) called "Book 'em Bob!" I also have Blogs in a couple of other places.

Books RULE!

Just uploaded a cover for The Quiet House by Otto Coontz if you would like to use it.
Hi, Sorry for the late response..Soon I am expecting good works from you..
Good. You have excellent collection of books. your author list is amazing.
Hi Robert. I am an aspiring writer and would like to congratulate you on your accomplishment. How did you get to that point where your work is being published? I just love that picture. Is that one of your kids? I hope to hear from you. I am open to any advice. I am trying to submit short stories and using Writer's Market to find likely places to submit. Hope you can drop me a line. Mary Beth
I actually don't know anything about James A. Moore (1) apart from what I found on his website and one other while doing that page. The only one I'd heard of before was James A. Moore (2), the archaeologist.

When various people have entered an author's name in different ways - as "James A. Moore", "James Moore", "Jim Moore", etc. - it is sometimes but not always possible to shift a work from one variant to another. In the Combiners group this is referred to as "floating" the author. It requires entering a lot of extra copies of the work until the system decides the version you're entering is the predominant one, then deleting your extras and hoping the work doesn't shift back (which it will, if the other form is very predominant). Separating copies temporarily sometimes helps too. I've done it for a few small works, with only 3 or 4 copies in LT, but it has taken me enough time to do those that I suspect it would be very time-consuming to do it for works with 30 or 40 copies, which is what it looks like some of the candidates are.

I'd suggest giving it a try yourself or asking for help in the Combiners group, but as I say, this would be a big project, and it may not be possible for all of them. If you do ask for help from the Combiners in general, I'd suggest giving them a list of exactly which works you would like moved. That'll make it much easier for people to do it. I might even be able to help out on a small one or two.
great to see someone w/else the Teep & Beep series! The few, the proud.
