Tietoja minusta I'm 15 and reading is a huge passion of mine, along with music (which includes most definitely singing!!). Reading and music are all I need. I want to become a scientist or quantum physicist because I love science... just the mystery and finding the answers, even if you already know them! Quantum physics definitely sparks my interest to think about things in ways they are meant to be and then think of how they are not. Like... let's say, a tree is rooted in the sky as well/or as the ground, so maybe the universe is upside down, and the birds are on "land." Dunno if that helps anyone, or even myself to be honest. :D Maybe it can be my side job to being a scientist. Hmm, I enjoy riding my bike and chilling with my friends.

I love to talk, about anything, really. Even if I know nothing about a subject, it's always nice to theoritize and discuss, is it not?? :D

I've always wanted to travel the world, especially after I went to China for 3 weeks, it was the best experience I've ever had!! I want to move to England or Sweden someday... I'll have to make an informed desicion someday... for now, I'll just bathe in the wonder that are British books. And of course, research.

Back to the afore-mentioned music, I looove singing. It helps that I play guitar so that I can make my own stuff and be able to sing to any song no matter how I want to. My favorite band is Metallica, but I can range all the way to Big Band or Classical. I love putting on a good rock song with a fast tempo and trying to dance to it and realizing that I'm not in good enough shape to keep tempo! But dancing is what makes singing all the better. I like to sing while I'm riding my bike so that I can try to train my voice better... I dont know if it's working or not.

People tell me I write well, but I've never been able to finish a story... not that you have to to write well, but I would like to... I've tried numerous times with a friend even, but I just cant make it short enough... it goes on and on.

I absolutely adore anime and Alice in Wonderland. I read [[Through the Looking Glass]] and it was so cool to see Wonderland in a whole new perspective. If ever, I would love to completely analyze the world of Alice, or Alyss as in TTLG. I would also like to be able to draw as well as anime artists because I love to draw!

When I fall in love and love someone, I want to be truly in love with someone, not in love with them. We use love all the time to express how we fell "I looove to sing!" Well, if we all love everything, then how is our love for a special someone any different than say, our love for bologna? You can say, "It's different" but it really isnt. I think love is wasted on the mundane and said so often that when we say it to mean it, it no longer means anything. I dont know what suffices for the word "love" but I guess I'll figure that out someday. Maybe adore shall be the new fad for love. But I know we cannot live without it because loss is only measured by how much we love.

Tietoja kirjastostani I love reading, as mentioned above ^^ So, any book that catches my eye, I automatically add it to my list of books I want to buy. I do tend to judge a book by it's cover because most books, I find, that when I try to force myself to figure out what it's about, always bore me. Hence, the "just right" book cover that draws me in. My library is mainly fantasy I suppose, but I love horror and mystery as well. Someday, I want to own all the books I've ever read, and to have a library for all of my books. I love books and I always treat mine with care. I dont even let my friends borrow them!

I will say " I love this book!" "Great book!" "Awesome!!" for most of my books because I love all of them and have, frankly, run out of ways to express how much I love each book, so I'm just sticking with the basics because, well, they work the best. Not to mention, they give me a laugh to see how much I use them. xD

Hey! What's up?! I haven't seen you awhile. Do you have a lot of homework and stuff? I HATE homework. My brother is in 10th grade with less homework than me. Not fair! I hope to see you around. :)
Hey sweetie, I've been alright. I haven't been on lt in forever, either!

Wow! It sounds like you are really happy! That's great! I know exactly what you mean about relationships, its just that sometimes, men, can be very possessive. If you are in a relationship with someone, they suddenly (not always tho!) think that they own you. Some guys can't understand that a girl needs her space and girl time. I guess I've never REALLY been breathlessly in love with anyone before :( But, yes. It is sooo nice to have a boyfriend! Being single in NY is too much fun, tho! ha ha!

Yep. I have a shoe problem. I bought another pair this weekend! lol. I totally needed them tho! LOL

SPRING BREAK?? what is that?!
Yo! Cue! What's good with you? Work is... yeah, work. It sucks, but its necessary, if you want to feed my shoe addiction. lol. How's school? Ha! you like my playlist?! Most people are like, what's that hideous noise in you profile? lol

Take care, babe! Have a lovely weekend! ITS SPRING!!!! I'M SOOOO HAPPY!!!
thanks for sharing your insight on China! i love to travel, also - one of the reasons why foreign service is my concentration in college.

we have a lot in common - i, too, can't seem to finish a story. and i've tried, believe me. i think my problem is that i get stuck on too many details. then it gets too long ... and next thing you know, it's been a few months since you've worked on it. wommp wommmp.
hi, jasmine -

you are just too adorable!

But I know we cannot live without it because loss is only measured by how much we love
your reflection on the word 'love' is right on point. i find the notion of falling in love infinitely scary and endlessly thrilling at the same time. one day...

but in the meantime, what did you find most fascinating about china?

mary
You sound like such a musically inclined person. I wish I was.
Anyway, I'll be on and off 'till June. Hope all is well!

hi girl! you work to hard! come chill with us, we miss you! lol
You are such a nice person, to put up with your friend singing even though she can't.
I, on the other hand, have become too used to perfect pitch, so I cower.

Did you know that everything in Nature is sharp?
And that the dial tone of a phone is a perfect "A"?
Hi Cue! Great to see you. We would never forgot you! Just come on a little more, kay? I see you have The Series of Unfortunate Events. Have you read them? If so how were they? I have most of them and started reading the first with my aunt but we never finished it. I also watched the movie and own it on DVD. It's the first three books put together, I think. And don't forget us over at the Hog X as Suge calls it. See you later.
Hi there!
I saw that you joined "Book Nerds", and I wanted to thank you for joining! I don't sing, I just play the piano and the violin. I do a bit of accompanying for vocalists, but I can't carry a tune myself.

TTYL!
-AR
Cue!! Great to "see" you!! Of course we didn't forget about you!! We missed you!

Work is cool.... you know, its SUCKS, but hell, gotta pay the bills, right? lol

Hope school is going ok, and that you've made a lot of new friends! ooh and I hope that your mom lets you come online more often!

See ya around!
Oh ok then! Don't forget to stop by sometime, just for laughs.
Hey Cue! Where are you? Did you leave us? *sniff sniff* We're have a lot of fun on Hog X. When you come back you will have hundreds of posts to read. I'm not even kidding. Come back soon.
Cue, where are you been?! We miss you on the hog x!
Cue, what's crackin'?

Its been an ok weekend for me so far, went shopping on Sat, bought a dress and new peep-toe wedges in a very light mauve suede *sigh* gorgeous! got the essentials taken care of: eyebrows, mani/pedi and blowout. Today, I went shopping again, but for boring stuff like toothpaste, antibacterial hand soap.... blahhhh.

I also started reading "City of Bones", you've already read that, right?

I'm supposed to be cleaning out my closet, but yuck! I'm soooo putting that off! I'm a total clothes whore, so that's a whole day of cleaning! ugh! I need a maid! hahahahahaha

So what did you get into this weekend? How was the party you went to the other day?
Hey! Nice to talk to you....hope more people join the high school group!

Wow, saw that you have a signed [The End]-nice! I actually haven't read that one yet, but its in my tbr pile, so I'll get to it at some point! :P What did you think of it?
boring. I'm just barely pretenting to be awake here, its Friday... who actually does work on Friday? ugh! you should see me! I'm blasting Tool from my computer just chillin'! lol
Hey Cue - Yeah, I've got a weird sense of humor. The Schroedinger's cat thing (which I probably spelled wrong)is a principle of particle physics that says observing an event will change it's outcome and there's a weird analogy that says you can put a cat in a room with rat poison and if you don't look at it, the cat is both alive and dead. (Now you can ask your physics teacher about that someday and they'll think you're REALLY smart.) It's crazy stuff. But anyways, I'm all about encouraging young women into the science fields! I work in research myself and we're always in need of smart young people that want to follow along our career paths! "See" you around! - el
oh thanks I ended up not sleeping until like 2 am. I'm exhausted today, but i just curled up and read "stardust' until I fell asleep so all in all not a bad night!

so are you excited that school is about to start or are you dreading it? I had a lot of fun in h.s. but, ugh! what a freaking drag! lol
yey! We're buddies!
whoa taco bell and chocolate chip! soooo not a good combo, man! You're braver than I am! Oh what the hell, eat the damn cookie or you'll think about it for the rest of the night, then again... you might feel guilty for the rest of the night if you eat it... its a tough call, kid!
actually i just remembered because of the football game I dont' have the class!!!!

*boogie*
lol yeah panties rock! eat it! unless you've already had some, that is tsk tsk, you know too much of a good thing and all. look who's talking! I've been pigging out the last two days! friends are the worst influence! grr

Yeah I guess you're right just books, would be too much!
Oh yeah! I would be happy to just have books and shoes, that's all I need to be happy... and maybe a cute dress thrown in there and there... who needs furniture, or food? Give me books!

I've read a trillion more books than what I own, plus it doesn't help that I donated a whole bunch of my books to start a small library (long story). This was before I even knew about LT. I kinda regret giving them away now. lol
I love how fast they are to make friends. IF you know HP, the people here will love you, just look at suge. And I don't' think you've met MEM82 or Polly left (heads up Polly's MEM's mother) there both a hoot! SO is LadyN but she's not on that often anymore.
OMG! Have you read "Eclipse" yet?
Hey Cue yeah! Rock on! we share 25! I love YA novels... keeps me young, you know lol. Lets not even discuss memory! Me? I can't tell you what I had for breakfast.... Oh yeah, I didn't! hahahahaha

I haven't read Speak nor Twisted, my tbr pile is just scary! But I have hear that both books rock! Hey I'll have to snoop in around your library and see what else you have.
so do I, especially when you count that their talking Harry Potter. Older people rock my socks
Thanks for saying hello. I wish I had groups like this when I was your age.
hey, saw you on Hogx
I noticed your age, I'm turning 15 in thee days, so your one of the few on there my age.
Just thought I'd say hey
