What an impressive library. Our library would appear more similiar other than the fact my children have each set up their own account on here. My daughter is big into American Girl and Ameila Bedilia. My son is an avid Hardy boy fan and Tolkienen. He now has over 200 Hardy Boy books in his collection, in hopes to have them all some day:) I enjoy a mix of reading - History, religious fiction, Yancey, Lucado, Nicholas Sparks, Richard Paul Evans, Jan Karon just to name a few. I have started a goal to read a book on each President and their wife, so I will see how it goes. I have boxes yet to get added to my library list.

I, too, have Miss Minerva and William Green Hill in my collection - just listed it today. I LOVED that book, but only discovered it a year ago...I WISH it had been read aloud to me as a third grader!

Hi Anne, Just added the first few things from my library and discovered we are the only 2 readers with "Miss Minerva and William Green Hill" on our lists. I wondered about your introduction to him. I have fond memories of this being a 'read aloud' by a teacher in elementary school. Totally un-PC these days, but Billy's troubles were hilarious to a 3rd grader.

Hi Anne! I was wondering about a few of your books. How did you like "Famous Men" of ... did you use it for grammar 1 (first grade?)

Also, how did you like the Peace Maker. My husband and I are trying to determine whether to buy it for a bible study.

The more I look the more questions....Wheelock's Latin. Have you been successful in learning latin by yourself?
