Tietoja minusta I'm a writer, editor, publisher, and longtime (since 1998) blogger. I've written many books myself, and own walls are full of them. My writing has been almost entirely in the computing field, but I've been selling SF short stories professionally for over thirty years, and in November of 2005 my first SF novel, The Cunning Blood appeared in print. My other interests include electronics, astronomy and telescopes, amateur radio (callsign K7JPD), and kites. I live on the side of Cheyenne Mountain with my wife Carol and two Bichons Frises, Quantum Bit ("QBit") and Aero.

Tietoja kirjastostani It's still a little unclear precisely how many books I have, but my estimate is about 2,500. I read technology, history, SF, theology, and a scattering of other things, and it's a little scary to consider that I have given away probably twice as many books in my life as I still have.

Noticed that you have a copy of Abraham Low's Mental Health Through Will Training. I am looking for an online copy of another of his works, Manage Your Fears Manage Your Anger. Would you happen to know of any links?
I joined LT last night and am very excited about it. I was surprised to find someone with such similar intrests as me right off the bat. We have several of the same amateur telescope making books. I too am a HAM (KG4FDS) and enjoy kite making, electronics, and many other nerdy persuits.
I've been reading your catalog this afternoon, and have noted a number of religion/theology titles that interest me. I'll be heading over to Amazon.com in a few minutes. Thanks!

A few years ago I was very taken with Cybergrace: The Search for God in the Digital World by Jennifer Cobb (1998). Do you know this book by any chance? (I don't find it in your catalog.) Have been looking a long time for someone with whom to discuss it.

Peace,
Kathi Phillips
So far I've only uploaded 53 looks from my library, and we already share 7 books in common. This may have something to do with the fact that you have 1375 books uploaded at this time. However, the one book that brought me to your sight was Quantum Dot, and only 5 of us at LibraryThing currently share this book. Our common books include-

1.) Holy Blood, Holy Grail by Michael Baigent
2.) The Messianic Legacy by Michael Baigent
3.) The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference by Malcolm Gladwell
4.) Great Mambo Chicken and the Transhuman Condition: Science Slightly over the Edge by Edward Regis
5.) Dragons of Eden by Carl Sagan
6.) Future Shock by Alvin Toffler
7.) The Quantum Dot : A Journey into the Future of Microelectronics by Richard Turton

I look forward to seeing what else we have in common as I continue to expand my database.

I have a feeling I may be browsing your library for ideas for future reads.

cheers,
Chris
sorry about the multiple comments before...went I sent the comment, I kept getting an error message, so I didn't think it sent. :D

oh, and your pup is so cute! :)
haha! I like your tag "weirdness". That's a good word. It's like Duct Tape. Covers a multitude of ... well, weirdness!

Oh, and I noticed that you have a misspelled tag for "science"...there is one that is "scinece". :)
I saw the Emerald City review of your book, and wondered if you were the same Jeff Duntemann who wrote "Our Lady of the Endless Sky" for Harry Harrison's Nova 4 back in 1974. Over 30 years would just about make it. I admit to not having read anything of yours since.

Have you considered registering as an LT author. This creates a link between your profile page and your author page.
