I am not big on books that have historical connotations, but this was a fun read. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series!

This is the 3rd book of the serie and I enjoyed this one too.
Meagan is taken through time from Promise, her Great Horse. This time they go toward Meagan home-time with some plot twist that makes the journey more interesting.
Meagan fall in love, explore this feeling and must cope with it and the loss of her beloved.
She grows up, sees how people degenerate and warn herself that what she has seen is only a possible pat but doesn't have to come.
I found this book a little sad but still interesting and easy to read even for people that don't know much about horses, which are the most important characters.
